YOGA FOR BEGINNER

this is my first yoga excersice. and my personal trainer was a youtube channel, i copied yoga tutorial for beginners. and its was fun!
yoga wasnt easy as it seems, you need a fully concentrate, a calm mind and if youre foccuss doing yoga, it will sweat-out more than cardio or run 5K.
i do a simple yoga movement, only for 45minutes. and its work for streching and warming up bodies. 
i will start my new healthy living! #AyoBerkeringat
